Ann Marie Sullivan

Ann Marie Sullivan was born and raised in Seneca, South Carolina. Her roots in this community are on her mother’s side of the family. Her grandfather grew up on a farm that is now a part of Lake Keowee and had a very successful, respected career in real estate. Her mother was a treasured elementary school teacher at Northside Elementary, and her father continues a wonderful, semi-retired career in real estate.

After completing Seneca High School, she attended Clemson University. While at Clemson, she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team. She completed law school in 2009 as a charter member of Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina.

After graduating, she moved home to practice real estate law. She was fortunate to work for two local, established, real estate attorneys and learn how to practice real estate law efficiently and responsibly while remaining accessible to clients.

She enjoys every aspect of the closing process from the review of title work to the gathering of everyone around the closing table. After working for two established Seneca law firms and running her own practice in Seneca for almost five years, Ann is thrilled to join Newton Law Firm and work in the new Seneca location.
